Contributor’s Note:  Canadian-Italian tenor Perry Canestrari appears on the 184th episode of The Don’s Hit List with The Don & The Grizz via FAB Radio International.  In this episode, Perry Canestrari talks about his Italian heritage and growing up in Montreal, and how he works on the dialects in order to try to perfect his tenor voice.  Perry talks about the romantic language that is Italian and how he studied Spanish in order to improve his singing, by trying to perfect the diction in his singing.  Perry Canestrari has performed throughout the United States and Canada while delivering a repertoire, which spans a broad artistic range encompassing the classical, musical comedy, operetta and Neopolitian ballads to popular music.  Perry has re-recorded songs such as “Malafemmena” and “Il Mondo”, and “Amore Scusami”, which has been recorded by the likes of Robert Goulet, Dean Martin, Engelbert Humperdink and Massimo Ranieri.  Fans can find Perry Canestrari at the following locations:
