Song Of The Day: “Let Go” by Red

Tomorrow, Christian rockers Red will be celebrating their 10th Anniversary of their RIAA-Gold certified album entitled “End of Silence”.  It has been reported that they will be playing that album from front to back.  I wanted to share a song by them that’s near and dear to my heart entitled “Let Go”.

My interpretation of this song is that sometimes we have to let go of what is holding us back, whether it’s a bad relationship, a struggle or addiction that we face, or anything that is drawing us closer to God or whatever you, the reader, may believe in.  I believe that we must strive to be better every day whether it’s in our personal life, spiritual life, or work life.

Here are the tour dates.  Wolves At The Gate, Death Therapy, and Message From Sylvia are all going to be Red’s special guests on this tour.  According to Bands In Town, they’re appearing either on select dates or the majority of the dates.  The tour kicks off Monday, March 20th at Wooly’s in Des Moines, Iowa and concludes Wednesday, April 12th in Mesa, Arizona.  Please go to www.redmusiconline.com for tickets and further information.  Jack Daniels, Gate, Al Ross, and Alter Within will be special guests on select shows only.
